We’ve gathered answers to the questions we hear most often from new families.
Still have questions? We’d love to hear from you—don't hesitate to get in touch!
When does the co-op meet?
Our co-op meets on Tuesdays from 9:00AM to 2:00PM at Unity Baptist Church in Prince George County.
4951 Mt. Sinai Rd. Prince George, VA 23875
What is the age range of students?
We currently have over 70 students enrolled from nursery to high school! Nursery and PreK are only offered for younger siblings of enrolled students.
Do I need to stay at Branches co-op or can I drop off my kids for class?
Branches is a parent-led co-op, which means that a parent/guardian is required to be on site and serving in some capacity during co-op hours.
Are peanuts allowed at Branches co-op?
We are a peanut-free campus and regularly remind parents to bring snacks and lunches that do not contain peanuts.
Can I join Branches co-op mid-year?
If we have the availability, we plan to open enrollment for the spring in late October. This will allow families who have recently moved, or withdrawn their children from school to homeschool, a chance to join a co-op. Fees will be discussed at that time and families would need to purchase the same curriculum that is being used in each class a child is enrolled in.
Do you have a sick policy?
Please see our Code of Conduct regarding our sick policy. Long story short, God chose you to be the parent/guardian. If you and/or your child is sick, stay home and rest and we will pray over you and adjust as necessary.
What are the requirements for joining Branches Co-op?
What about younger siblings?
We love younger siblings and this co-op is meant to glorify God above all. We want our families to be together on co-op days. We have a Nursery and PreK class that is especially for younger siblings. We even have moms who have been called to lead in those areas. Praise the Lord!
